Patricia was my daughter Sarah’s stepgrandmother since Sarah was about 5 years old. She always treated Sarah like one of her own, with kindness and love. I got to know and appreciate Patrícia over the many years she came to Wayland to visit the family. Since we were both educators, we would talk shop and she often gave me good advice. I was sorry to hear that she was ill and saddened to hear of her passing. Sincere condolences to the entire Burns/Barton families.
