He was a Retired Driver for the MTA in Flushing NY.
Beloved husband of Janice Shand. Devoted father of Christopher ( Janet), Michael (Aldha ) and Patrick ( Amy ). Loving Grandfather of Jacqueline, Samantha, Ryan and Kelly.
A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at10:15 am on Saturday, July 14 at Sacred Heart R. C. Church, 720 North Merrick Avenue, North Merrick, NY Private cremation to follow.
Visiting hours will be Thursday, July 12 from 7 - 9PM and Friday, July 13 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
Donations to ALS Association 42 Broadway Suite 1724 New York NY 10004 would be appreciated.
