Robert E. Morash, age 81, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Boston, MA. He is the son of the late James and the late Ellen (Lavalle) Morash. He was predeceased by his dear wife, Sarah. He served in the Marine Corps during the Korean war. He was a Fireman with the FDNY. He is survived by his loving children Donna and her husband Joe, Michele and her husband Ray, Kim and her husband Scott, Robert and his wife Nancy, Michael and his wife Theresa, The Late Thomas and his wife Andrea and Patrick and his wife Ivy. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren and his siblings Elizabeth Daly and Richard. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 24 at Cure Of Ars R. C. Church, 2323 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY. Burial will be in Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury following the Mass. Visitation hours will be Monday, April 23 from 1-4 and 6-9PM at N. F. Walker, Inc., 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY. .
