James V. Sciandra, of North Merrick on April 30, 2017.
He was a retired chef for P&M Foods in Brooklyn, NY .
Beloved husband of Diana Sciandra. Devoted father of Peter Sciandra, Craig Sciandra ( Karen) and the late Chris Sciandra. Loving uncle of Stacey Gropack and Nancy Jaffee. Dear brother of Mary Walsh and Eleanor. Also survived by his grandchildren: Sydney, Casey, Cole, Jennifer, Tara and Christine. Also survived by his caregiver Miriam.
Services will be Tuesday evening 8:00 pm at N. F. Walker Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY with Rev. Paul Driscoll officiating. Funeral Wednesday Morning at 10 AM Interment will be in Pinelawn Memorial Park.
Visiting hours will be Tuesday, May 2 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
