I simply cannot believe you are gone brother. I was only blessed with your presence in my life for 5 months, but it felt like we had know each other forever. Such a beautiful person. A gentle giant with a heart of gold and wanting for nothing but love and fun. We were supposed to be tubing down the NC mountains with the kids RIGHT NOW. I love you brother. I miss you more than anyone will ever know. We had talks that transcended all logical progressions of a friendship. You got me. I got you. It just CLICKED. And that is so so rare. I know you are in a better place my friend. May you never be broken again. But I miss you. And I dedicate the rest of my time here to ensuring your kids are watched after and pursue the dreams you spoke of for them. You have my promise, and my word. Until the day we meet again face to face, I love you. Rest peacefully.
