Worrall, Richard A. (Dick), 84, passed away on September 11, 2012 at Martin Memorial Hospital, Stuart, Florida.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY and resided in Merrick, NY until 1996, he then moved to Palm City, Florida.
He is an Army Veteran of the Korean War and in 1991 he retired from the town of Hempstead as the Deputy Town Clerk.
He was also a two time ex-chief of the Merrick Fire Dept.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Dorothy, of Palm City Florida; his son Richard and daughter-in-law Renee of Syosset NY; two granddaughters Robyn and Jacqueline; and sister Nancy Oakford of Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
Visiting Friday, September 14th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at N. F. Walker, Inc. Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Ave. Merrick.
Funeral Mass Saturday, September 15th at 9:30 am at Cure of Ars R.C. Church 2323 Merrick Ave Merrick.
