Richie was my Social Science teacher, at the NYPD Police Academy in 1985. He was a caring and terrific teacher. I also had the pleasure, later on, to work with him at the police Academy. After attending college and then Law School I can honestly say that he was the best teacher I ever had. May Hod bless him.
