Joel Navarro was born in Houston Texas to Natividad Villafor Navarro & Ramon Navarro.
He is survived by his wife of 11 years Juliet Encarnacion, Mom NATTIE & husband Chris Duignan, Sis Jane married to James Sferrazza & their 2 daughters Rebecca & Alyssa.
He is also survived by his Dad Ramon & his family in Minnesota and a very long list of beloved aunts, uncles nephews , nieces and Many Friends.
He especially loved his dog Stella.
A funeral mass will be held at the Sacred Heart Church at 720 Merrick Ave. North Merrick NY 11566.
