Judy's journey was one marked by kindness, resilience, and an unwavering spirit that touched everyone who knew her. She retired from the Uniondale School District as a school nurse.
She was the cornerstone of our family, a matriarch who always sang us Happy Birthday and filled our homes with joy for the holidays. Her stories of a life well-lived were filled with lessons of courage, love, and perseverance. We will miss her gentle wisdom, her warmth and her laughter that could brighten any room. We will remember her not just as an adored mother & grandmother, but as the heart of our family and the embodiment of unconditional love. Her presence will be missed, but her spirit will live on in the stories we tell, the love we share, and the lessons she imparted.
Reposing at N.F. Walker Funeral Home, 2039 Merrick Ave., Merrick, NY. Visiting hours Saturday, 4-8pm and Sunday, 3-7pm. Funeral Mass Monday, 10:30am, Cure of Ars Church, Merrick. In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to Catholic Health, Good Shepherd Hospice, chsli.org/good-shepherd-hospice.
