I have worked with Marianne for 18 years at ACLD West Hempstead. She will be greatly missed. I can remember the many vacations in which we traveled to various places, I always had the best dance partner in Marianne. I can hear her calling out I love you Janet. She was always smiling, happy and good. Marianne had the best sense of humor anyone could’ve imagined. She was such a pleasant, loving, caring person. On September 4th, her birthday at breakfast we all had a chance to sing the happy birthday song to her. She was very excited we hugged and as always she said “see you later Janet”, little did I know that would be the last time. Marianne will always be missed may her soul rest in peace.
