I remember Jimmy as a young boy. He struck me as courteous, respectful, and quite likeable. I never saw him angry or bitter.
From there his life changed. Sadly it was not for the better.
I firmly believe that in Jimmy's heart of hearts he wanted nothing more then to purge the curse that imprisoned him. But it was too powerful to overcome and he succumbed to it.
Now he's free. Free from the cravings. Free from the mental torture and Free from the physical deterioration of his body.
This is a time of sorrow. Yet it's also a time for joy. He is FREE from all that hurt him.
I am sincerely sorry for your loss Mary. He was your 1st born. And to Danny who lost a close brother .Finally to my brother Jimmy Sr., his father, who made a courageous decision to give his son the freedom he so sorely wanted.
