Obituary of Brooke A. Jones

Brooke Jones, 57, of Merrick, New York, passed away May 3rd, 2024, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Brooke was born May 4th, 1966, to Chelle Blum and Robert Feldman. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her husband Robert, daughters Allison (Gabriel) and Meredith, sons Jack and Matthew, and granddaughter Abigail. Brooke met the love of her life, Robert, while growing up in Rockville Center when she was 14 and he was 15. She graduated from South Side High School in 1984 and Muhlenberg College in 1988. She was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. Brooke cherished her time at Muhlenberg and all of the friends and fun memories she made along the way. Throughout her eight-year battle with metastatic breast cancer she continued to radiate positivity and put everyone else's needs before her own. She was the glue that held so many things together. She never once complained and always kept fighting. She was incredibly selfless and a true warrior who serves as an inspiration for many. She loved her family and this community fiercely, her legacy in this town is one to remember. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13. Faith over fear.
