In loving memory of Rosalie M. Giangrasso, 1938 - 2023
Survived by devoted husband James of 64 years, children James and Marguerite, and their spouses Julie and James. Beloved grandmother of Alison (Nick), Valerie, Gabriella, Carolyn, and Robert and great-grandmother of Lily.
Rosalie had a love for life demonstrated by her infectious laugh and love of singing and dancing. Every Sunday the aroma of meatballs and gravy would fill Lincoln Boulevard in Merrick. There has never been a Christmas without her manicotti and her wine cookies, a tradition that will live on through her children and grandchildren. Her famous eggplant parmigiana will be missed at the Generals softball team's annual picnic.
Rosalie was a caregiver to many, loved by all who met her and will be missed deeply.
