Dear mother of Bunny Forgione (Gregory), Candy (Barry Duke), Mickey (Wesley Coll), Tracy (Robert Greenberg).
Devoted Grandmother of Kristi (Steven Bethel), Mellissa (Mike O'Connor), Joshua Duke, Brett Dennis Duke, Coll Dennis and Great Grandmother to Drew, Jessica and Dillon O'Connor and Tyler Bethel.
Also survived by her loving brother Robert Fajen.
A member of the Merrick Homemakers Club.
Visiting at N.F. Walker, Inc. Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Ave. Merrick on Sat Mar. 24 and Sun Mar. 25 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
Funeral Mass at Cure of Ars R.C. Church 2323 Merrick Ave. Monday Mar. 26 at 10am. Internment in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale NY.
