Joan Elda Rusielewicz, age 86, Merrick died Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
She is the daughter of the late Giordano and Josephine (Kluska) Cossio. She was predeceased by her husband, Late Edward Rusielewicz.
She was employed by Nassau Univ Medical Center East Meadow as a Secretary.
She is survived by two daughters: Cynthia (William) Von Elm and Carolyn (Costas) Thanasoulis; Son , Edward ( Cynthia) J. Rusielewicz and 5 Grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 29 at Cure Of Ars R. C. Church, 2323 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY. Entombment will be in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale on Wednesday, September 29 at Approx. 12:30 pm.
Visiting hours will be Tuesday, September 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at N. F. Walker, Inc., 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
