I just learned of Mr. Padalino's passing. He was one of the most amazing teachers I ever had. He challenged me and I discovered that I am a thoughtful, intelligent person and citizen through his class. He touched me deeply and I send you all my love.

To The Padalino Family,
I want to offer my sincere condolences on the loss of a great man and teacher. As a student who graduated in 1978, I had the extreme pleasure of having Mr. Padalino as my History teacher, He has a unique way of teaching, getting his point across and leaving you wanting to learn more.
Mr. Padalino also had a great sense of humor and till this day, I can remember him saying to me "Hey Mikie Babe" before asking me a question in class. I will always remember Mr. Padalino as a Great Man & Teacher with a great sense of humor.
The reason I am writing now is as I was searching the internet to look up Mr. Padalino, I came across that he had passed on.
Rest In Peace Mr. P and God Bless You,
Michael A.

Mr P was my teacher over 37 years ago. I went on to graduate and later come back to work at my alma mater, Long Beach High School. He was a inspiration to me in high school, and a source of comfort once I became a “college”. I will miss him and Never forget all that he taught me. RIP MR P.

On our "Long Beach High School" Facebook group today, there are dozens of posts from former students who remember Mr. Padalino with great fondness. We are all sharing stories of what a great teacher he was, and how much we enjoyed his classes and how lucky were to know him. He definitely left his mark on the world, in a good way.

My sincere condolences on the loss of a wonderful man and teacher. As my sister, Deborah, already stated, he was beloved by all of us who were fortunate to have him as a teacher. He brought history alive and really made us think. In addition to his being a great teacher, he often spoke lovingly of his wife and daughters. He was in every true sense of the word a real "mentsch." May his memory be a blessing.

My condolences to the family. Mr. Padalino was my teacher at LBHS 1970-71. He was a great teacher. I credit him with preparing me for college where I was. History major. I even brought back a term paper from college for him to read. My siblings all followed my lead and were fortunate to have Mr. Padalino as their teacher. We all loved him. May his memory be a blessing.
