Beloved husnand of Carol. Devoted father of Lauren David (Christopher) and Christine Schlendorf. Loving Grandfather of Oliver David. Loving brother of Ellen Shaw, Jean Schlendorf, Alfred Schlendorf, and the late Marie Hurley
Cremation was private.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 am on Friday, October 16 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 1 Van Roo Avenue, corner of Merrick Avenue Merrick, NY with Rev. Perry Kirschbaum officiating.
