He was a retired engineer for the Long Island Railroad . and an US Army Veteran
Beloved husband of the late Virginia McCauley. Devoted father of the late Brian P. McCauley, Diane McCauley, T.J. McCauley, and Amy McCauley. Father in law of Karen. Brother of James. Loving Grandfather of Terrence and Kylie.
A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 am on Monday, September 21 at Sacred Heart R. C. Church, 720 North Merrick Avenue, North Merrick, NY. North Merrick Fire Department Services Sunday 7PM Interment with Military Honors at St. Charles Cemetery.
Visiting will be Sunday, September 20 from 4PM to 8PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home , 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
