Obituary of Martine Dallemand

Martine Valentine Dallemand. 49 years old, of Brooklyn, New York, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at King's County, Hospital. Funeral service will be held at Holy Rood Cemetery on Thursday, April 2, 2020, for the immediate family only. Burial will follow at Assumption Chapel-Garden Mausoleum, Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, N.Y. N. F. Walker will be handling the funeral arrangements. Martine was born in French Hospital, Manhattan to Serge Dallemand and Lyssa Haig Dallemand on December 1, 1970. She went to high school at Kennedy H.S., Merrick, N.Y. and graduated in 1985. Attended Albany University and earned a degree in Marketing. Later obtained a certificate as a Pastry Chef from French Culinary Institute of N.Y. Was a former Director of Weddings and special events at Momofuku - Milk Bar, N.Y. Was also a co-partner of the Bakery on Bergen. Martine enjoyed baking, traveling, arts, walking, yoga, cooking, babysitting. She was involved with Friends of Montfort, Inc., and Casegha-USA, as a Girl Scout. Martine is survived by her mother, Lyssa Dallemand of Bellerose, N.Y. Noah Skye Walker, Eric Walker, Noah's father, her brother Patrick Dallemand, and many family members and very close friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Serge Dallemand. Gilberte Dallemand Ricot, her Godmother.
