Stephen A. Wortmann, age 76 of Merrick on October 16, 2019
He served in the Navy during the Viet Nam War and was a proud Member of the Merrick Fire Department
Devoted father of Karenann Wortmann, Cora Nelson, Christopher Hieronymus, Pamela Celka, D. Bret Seaman and Lorraine Boutwell,.
Loving grandfather to Kelly, Stephen, Michael, Alexander, Lauren, Dannie, Ethan, Bradley, Kayla and Matthew and great grandfather of Madelyn.
The Fire Department Services will be held 8:00 pm on Sunday, October 20 at Empire Hose Company #3, 2300 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY. Funeral Monday 10AM. Interment with Navy Honors Calverton National Cemetery.
Visiting will be Sunday, October 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Empire Hose Company #3, 2300 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
