In Loving Memory of Thomas J. Galligan
August 20, 1949 – October 14, 2025
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the passing of our beloved dad, Thomas J. Galligan. He was the true definition of strength — a hardworking, selfless man who dedicated his life to taking care of his family. He never asked for much, yet gave everything he had to protect, provide, and make sure we were always okay.
Thomas was a fighter in every sense of the word — determined, resilient, and fiercely protective of the people he loved. He taught us what it means to work hard, to stand up for what's right, and to love without limits. There will never be another like him.
He was quick-witted, funny, and had a way of making everyone feel cared for. He always took the time to ask about you and your family, showing a genuine kindness that touched everyone he met. Known as the "Grill Master" at every family barbecue, Thomas brought people together with his perfectly cooked meals and his unforgettable one-liners that always had everyone laughing. His warmth, humor, and larger-than-life personality made every gathering brighter.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife Linda, his daughters Kelly Galligan and Tracy Berry, and his son Bryan Galligan. He is also survived by his son-in-law Kenneth Berry, daughter-in-law Michelle Galligan, and his cherished grandchildren: Cailey, Morgan, Robert, Kellan, Graham, Owen, and Brynn, along with step-grandchildren Trey and Naomi. He will be dearly missed by his sisters Margaret and Maryanne, and his brothers Billy, Kevin, and Jimmy.
Thomas' strength, humor, and unwavering love will forever live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know him.
