A proud US Army Veteran of World War Two serving under General George Patton in the Battle of the Bulge, Normandy, the Ziegfeld Line, Ghost Patrol to fortify the City of Treari France.

Beloved husband of the late Adele Rose Forte. Devoted father of Janet Forte-Postbrief (Simon), Christine Ward ( John), James Forte(Carolyn) and Jacqueline Sinz (Randall). Dear brother of Lewis Forte and brother in law of Lena, MaryAnn, Adelaide and Dolores. Loving grandfather of Heather , Carolyn, Melissa and Lisa and Great Grandfather of Billy, Giovanni, Amanda, Gavin, Justin & Michael.
Special love was given to James and he thanks Jacqueline, Christine and his loving son in law Randall.
A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:15 am on Saturday, November 25 at Sacred Heart R. C. Church, 720 North Merrick Avenue, North Merrick, NY Entombment will be in Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury
Visiting Hours will be Friday, November 24 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
