Loving wife of Michael N.

Dear Mother of Michael and his wife Katherine, Dr. Jennifer Mary Vittorio and Amy Travaglianti and her husband Ed.

Devoted grandmother to Britton Nina and Blair Elizabeth Travaglianti.

Cherished daughter of Mary and the late Edmund Tapia.

Also survived by her siblings Robert and Gary Tapia.

She is a graduate of Holy Trinity High School (First Graduating Class), Brockport College and Masters from Adelphi University.

She was a teacher at St. Bridget's in Westbury and recently at the Merrick Jewish Center, Merrick.

Visitation at N.F. Walker, Inc. Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Ave. Merrick Monday the 17th from 7-9pm and Tuesday the 18th 2-5 and 7-9pm.

Funeral Mass at Cure of Ars R.C. Church 2323 Merrick Ave. on Weds. The 19th at 11am.

Interment at St. Charles and Ressurection Cemetery, Wellwood Ave. in Farmingdale NY.
