Francis H. Gilroy, age 83, of Merrick on October 3, 2015.
He served in the US Navy from 1951 to 1954. A CPA for the Brooklyn Diocese of the Catholic Church.
Beloved husband of Jane (nee Hagan). Devoted father of Arthur H. ( Alex), Francis H. II, Lawrence C., Charles T. and Barbara Jean. Loving grandfather of Cassidy and Justin.
Also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be Tuesday 10 AM at Cure of Ars R.C. Church 2323 Merrick Avenue Merrick
Interment Saint Charles Cemetery
Visiting will be Sunday, October 4 from 7-9PM and Monday, October 5 from 2-4&7-9PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
