Rosario A. Cocopardo, age 94, of 117 Post Avenue Westbury died Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Mr. Cocopardo was born November 20, 1920 in New York City.
He served in the US Air Force during World War II. A Retired Supervisior for the US Postal Service in Port Washington NY
Devoted husband of the late Edith M. Cocopardo. Devoted father of Roseanne Walker (Thomas), Joseph Cocopardo (Nancy) and the late Diane Kolin (Alan). Dear brother of Connie
Masciotti. Also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be offered at 9:30 AM on Saturday, July 11 at Cure Of Ars R. C. Church, 2323 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY Entombment will be in Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury.
Visiting will be Friday, July 10 from 2-4&7-9PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
