James T. Haynes, age 81, of Merrick on April 17, 2015
He served in the Navy from Dec. 1950 to December 1954. Owner and Electrical Engineer of a Radio Design Company.
Beloved husband of Ellen( nee Kappelmier). Devoted father of Elizabeth Elnick (Bruce) and Barbara Michaud ( Lawrence). Dear brother of Robert, Thomas and the late Charles Haynes. Loving grandfather of Christopher Grispo (Aimee), Jacqueline Morel (Shaun), James Michaud,
William Elnick (Kelly), Thomas Elnick, Michael Elnick and Kathryn Elnick. Great Grandfather of John Christopher Grispo.
A Funeral Mass will be Wednesday 9:45AM at Sacred Heart RC Church 720 Merrick Avenue North Merrick.
Visiting will be Monday, April 20 from 7 - 9PM and Tuesday, April 21 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
