William G. Mohr, age 92, of 2408 Meadowoods Drive, East Meadow died Thursday, February 19, 2015 at home in East Meadow. Mr. Mohr was born May 3, 1922 in Brooklyn, NY.
He served in the Navy during World War II . Retired Insurance Broker for Kemper Marine Insurance.
Beloved husband of Marguerite . Devoted father of William Andrew Mohr (Katie), Mary Catherine Mohr, Gerald Charles Mohr and Brian Edward Mohr. Loving grandfather of 10 and great grandfather of 5.
Funeral Mass Tuesday at 9:45AM at Sacred Heart RC Church Merrick Avenue North Merrick. Interment Saint John's Cemetery Middle Village, NY.
Calling hours will be Monday, February 23 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home, 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
