Yolanda Torquato, age 92, of , Garden City died Monday, February 16, 2015 at South Nassau Communities Hospital of Oceanside, NY. Mrs. Torquato was born August 7, 1922 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Paul and the late Catherine LaNunziata. She was predeceased by her husband, Late Mario Torquato, Jr. on March 19, 2013.
Loving mother of Catherine Costansa (Michael), and Mario Torquato. Dear sister in law of
Catherine Torquato. Loving Grandmother of Christina Robalino ( Christian) and Paul Costanza (Gina). Great Grandmother of Lena and Stella.
Funeral Mass Friday 10 AM at Cure of Ars R.C. Church 2323 Merrick Avenue Merrick. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, February 18 from 7 - 9PM and Thursday, February 19 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at N. F. Walker Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
