Eileen Joan Timony, age 83, of 331 Smith Street, Merrick died Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY.
Retired teacher at Northern Parkway School in Uniondale
Beloved wife of Maurice Timony. Devoted mother of Dennis Timony, Joanne (Ken) Warren, Maureen (Marianne) Timony, Theresa (Paul) Hurtado, Michael (Annette) Timony, Kathleen Timony and Ellen (Kevin) Stayman. Loving sister of Mary Kelly, Mona Campbell and Richard Egan. Dear grandmother of Michael, Christina & Christopher Spadaro, Katie & Kelly Timony, Jamie & Keri Stayman and the late Meghan Timony. Also survived by her 19 Great grandchildren and her 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Mass Monday 10 AM at Cure of Ars R.C. Church 2323 Merrick Avenue Merrick. Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Saturday, February 7 from 2-4 & 7-9PM and Sunday, February 8 from 2-4 & 7-9PM at N. F. Walker, Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY.
