Johannah Marie Scully, age 90, of 5 Van Roo Avenue, Merrick died Monday, October 6, 2014 . Mrs. Scully was born March 12, 1924 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Walter and the late Anna (McDonough) McCaddin. She was predeceased by her husband, John J. Scully who passed away October 31, 2000. She was retired secretary for the Baldwin Public Schools. Devoted mother of Michael (Lisa) Scully, Patricia (John) Gorton, Marie (Tim) Cantwell, Christine (Tom) Buckley and Timothy Scully. Loving grandmother of Christopher and Michael Scully; Sean, Kate and Kevin Gorton; Matthew, Megan and Ryan Cantwell; Connor and Deirdre Buckley; Stephen and Daniel Scully. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am on Monday, October 13 at Cure Of Ars R. C. Church, 2323 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY . Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday, October 12 from 2-4 6-9 PM at N. F. Walker, Funeral Home 2039 Merrick Avenue, Merrick, NY. In Lieu of Flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis TN 38105 would be appreciated. .
